What I deliver
Examples, not a fixed catalogue. Most work is adapted to the service.
| Working with trauma in frontline teams full day, up to 18 people |
What trauma does to the people who hear about it. Practical containment, and recognising vicarious trauma in a colleague before they go off sick. | Quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Reflective practice groups monthly series, 6–12 people |
A structured, confidential space for a team to think about its work together. Ongoing rather than one-off — this is the one that changes retention. | Quoted |
| Difficult conversations half day |
For supervisors and team leads. How to raise the thing you've been avoiding, and stay in the room while it's uncomfortable. | Quoted |
| Boundaries & self-care that isn't a poster half day |
Beyond bubble baths. Where responsibility actually sits, and what a service can change structurally rather than asking staff to cope better. | Quoted |
| Bespoke programme scoped with you |
Built around what your service is dealing with. Most engagements end up here. | Quoted |
Why fees are quoted rather than listed
A half day for eight people in one building is a different piece of work from a six-month reflective practice series across three sites. Rather than publish a figure that's wrong for everyone, I'll give you a fixed written fee after a short conversation — usually within two working days.
